How the Referral Program Works
Step 1: Invite a Friend
Share your referral by clicking on the Click The Refer Your Friends Button. We’ll track your entry.
Step 2: Call or Text Your Friend
Send your friend the following link where they can see the auction and register to bid. https://adventureauctionandliquidation.hibid.com/lots Please let them know that they will receive 2 follow up emails with the link as reminders to check out the auction. (only 2)
Step 3: You Both Win a Bid
Once you and your friend each place a winning bid, you’re qualified and so are they.
Step 4: Win a $25 Gift Card
Every week, one referring customer and one newly referred customer who win a lot on the auction will be selected in our weekly giveaway to receive a $25 Visa Gift Card.

Absolutely! Each successful bid from a new friend = another chance for you to win.
Referral Program Official Rules
Program Overview:
Refer a new customer to our auction platform. If both you and your referred friend win a bid/lot, you’ll each be entered into our weekly drawing to win a $25 Visa Gift Card.
Eligibility:
Referring customers must have an active account with us/Hibid and place a winning bid during the week they are registered.
Referred customers must be new (not previously registered), must register using the referral form, and also place a winning bid.
Both parties must win separate bids to be considered eligible for the weekly drawing.
Weekly Drawing Details:
Drawings are held every Tuesday for the prior week (Sunday–Saturday).
One qualifying referring customer and one qualifying referred customer will be randomly selected each week.
Each winner receives a $25 Visa Gift Card.
How to Enter:
Fill out the referral form on our official referral page by clicking on the Click Here To Refer Your Friend Button. Enter both your and your friend’s information.
Text or call your friend and provide them with the following link to view auction and register. https://adventureauctionandliquidation.hibid.com/lots .
Make sure your friend registers on the auction site (Hibid). Let them know that we will follow up with two email reminders with the same link (only 2)
Once both of you win bids, you're automatically entered into the next drawing.
Reward Distribution:
Winners will be notified via email and/or SMS.
Visa Gift Cards will be picked up at 8415 S. 700 W. #11 during scheduled pickup hours.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond the stated amount.
Disqualification & Abuse:
Self-referrals are not allowed.
Duplicate or fake accounts will void all related entries.
We reserve the right to verify winners' bidding activity and registration details.
Any attempts to game or abuse the system will result in disqualification.
Other Terms:
Program subject to change or termination at any time without notice.

Do I need to register to view the auction?
No, but you will need to register and add a credit or debit card before you can bid. Click on the Start Bidding button below to go to the auction.
How do add lots (products) to watch list?
Click on the Start Bidding button below to go to the auction, you can view the lot list by selecting Lots in the upper right corner, and click the Watch (black star) button on a specific lot to add it to your personal watch list. When an item is added to a watch list, a pop-up box provides an opportunity to add personal notes for the specific item. To remove an item from the watch list, just click the black X button next to the lot.
How do I place bids?
Click on the Start Bidding button below to go to the auction, once you have registered with a credit card you can place bids on an item. When viewing a lot list for an auction where bidding is open, click the Blue Bid button to place a bid on that item.
Can I set a maximum amount I want to bid?
Yes, you can enter the max amount your willing to spend on a item once you have reregistered and clicked on the Blue Bid Button. An option to set the max bid becomes available.
How do I register a credit or debit card?
Click on the Start Bidding button below to go to the auction, find the item (lot) you want to bid on, click on the blue bid button. A popup form will appear where you can register and choose your payment options.
All winnings must be picked up within one week of auction end date per auction terms and conditions.
